Wednesday, August 30, 2017 - Wow. So much richer than the 04 PYCM Chevy. This had the Leflaive matchstick but was also a bit buttery and soft on the palate. A hint of oak. Thank goodness no hint of premox. A wonderful wine that makes you happy with how delicious it is but also sad because the Domaine can't make 'em like this anymore.
