Friday, November 11, 2016 - Garnet purple in color with nice slow legs. Decanted for an hour and a half. Nose of flowers, soy, cedar and alcohol. Flavors are earthy with mushroom and black pepper with little in the way of fruit or berries. This is a dry tannic monster with a chalky finish. Full bodied and coats the tongue.
