Friday, February 19, 2021 - After reading the reviews of this wine, I had very low expectations for it. But I find it to be an unqualified success—provided it’s decanted for at least an hour. My initial impression was of hot rubber and weeds. After an hour in the decanter, the fruit started to emerge, and after an hour and a half, it was singing. It’s certainly ready to drink, but I don’t think another 5 years would hurt it if stored properly.
