Tuesday, April 2, 2013 - This is only getting better! Extremely mineral nose - cold iron, wet slate, sea salt - and an impressive integration of the 85 grammes residual sugar, perfectly balanced to the soaring acidity and sheer concentration of flavours. But at 13% potential alcohol it's hardly an old-school Kabinett, is it?
