Monday, May 4, 2020 - UNP. Color dark straw. Nose has slatey fruit w a hint of botrytis. Swishing shows acidity but this is is transitioning (I think) to the creamy version - although there is a little spritz at first this seems to blow off overnight. Whatever sugar there is is definitely buried under an acid cloak. Feinherb in 2010 I think that with more time that the acids will esterify and this will be wonderful. Will wait at least 5-10 to try again
