Color: dark red with slight brick edge
Aroma: very complex; dark fresh and dried fruits and berries; a touch of
tobacco
Body/flavor: medium to full body; complex flavors of dark fruit; some warm spices, although distinctive types not apparent.
Aftertaste: lingering finish

Served with braised short rids and polenta!
