Friday, June 1, 2012 - 2 hours open. Nose of fresh black cherries, olives, pencil, lavender and a touch of smoked meat. It's gaining weight with time in the glass. Pure fruit and firm acidity shine though, with touches of black pepper, minerals, and stems. Definitly more cool climate and restrained while being bright and lively.
