Tuesday, October 20, 2020 - The nose presents itself as a pinot, ripe with earthiness. The palate gives you some raspberry, tobacco, and earthiness before a wave of typical syrah spiciness takes over. Very good!

EDIT: After an hour, ash and smoke really started to appear, especially in the palate. Very nice addition lol
