Wednesday, July 30, 2014 - With browning on the rim, high quality balsamic vinegar flavor takes the lead over other components such as cooked cherries, thanksgiving turkey, rusty nails, and roasted herbs. While this tastes aged, it still has some structure left, and it feels fairly full in the mouth. The level of complexity here is dazzling, and the balance is outstanding. I’m not sure if this would benefit from further aging though, and I am glad that I opened this bottle. 13% alc.
