Sunday, May 4, 2014 - Consumed with lamb, a great match for this wine. On the nose, Mouvedre funk with bright raspberry, anise, and sage. On the palate, leathery expression of pure red fruit, melted licorice, herbs, and hints of tobacco. Nice balance finish with a bit of grip. Drinking very well at this point.
