The beautiful thing about this bottle was how the tannins have dropped out - leaving only some silky cherry pie - great texture. I agree with subtle dusty notes others have mentioned. Fruit and acidity are maintained, but I don't expect this to mature any further. Drink up, this is a merlot drinker's cab.
