Thursday, December 7, 2023 - Jadotfest 2023 (Noizé, London): Smoky redcurrants on the nose. Some plum fruit and a hint of cocoa dusted cranberries too. Palate gloriously rich, some sweet smoky damsons, a little pepper and a couple of ppm of bacon fat.
