Tuesday, January 5, 2016 - Medium/light ruby with only a tad of sediment. When we evaluate a wine, we want balance and fruit. This wine is impeccably balanced with precise mineral flavors and a light to medium amount of Burgundian fruit. Drinking nicely now. A model 90 point pinot noir.
