Saturday, October 16, 2021 - 1 hour decant.
Light burgundy color, faintly brick red. Wonderful Pinot fruit undergirded by roast meat and other Unami-laden flavors. Plenty of tannins remain, indicating that there are years of good drinking lie ahead. That said, it’s wonderful now. Why wait?
