Friday, November 4, 2011 - PnP. Opens a bit tight and simple, though pleasant. Initially, acidity was perhaps slightly too aggressive, but that settles down with some air. Both nose and palate highlight a relatively sweet and fresh style of Sauv Blanc with nice florals. A bit of tannic dryness on the finish. I think this will continue to get better with time. If I had scored this when originally opened, it would have been somewhere around 86 points.
