Tuesday, June 18, 2013 - Less than one glass drunk on day 1, the remainder served with mocha-herb flank steak and grilled avocados with chimmichurri on day 2. A bit dense at this time, but an interesting blend that works as a cellar defender. My only bottle; drink with a lengthy decant or hold for incremental improvement. 90-91.
