Wednesday, March 10, 2010 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #045; C9duP 1997-2001 (By BS & JH): Mature in bouquet and color. Elegant. Soft herbs and spices, tobacco and a little red fruits. Silky soft tannin, elegant and fairly complex. Completely ready and beautiful now. No real hurry, but probably wise to drink it this, or ultimately next year.
