Tuesday, January 19, 2016 - Casual (Mostly) Burg Dinner with Friends (Formento's - Chicago IL): Popped and poured, then consumed over two hours. Lots of mature and ripe red and black fruit. Good concentration, but slightly short of acidity gives it a short and almost-tired finish. Drink up.
