Friday, May 26, 2023 - Served with Scallops Provençal (Ina Garten’s recipe). Deep gold in color. At 14 years, the wine has lost all characteristics of fruit and oak from its youth. Now it is a lucious, elegant smooth elixir. So smooth, elegant and refined.
