Thursday, February 7, 2013 - Wine House, South Melbourne Wine Appreciation Course - Week 1 (Wine House, South Melbourne): Blood red colour with cherry red edges. Somewhat pronounced nose (maybe a little hot) of raisins, sultanas, and cinnamon spice. Full bodied, velvety, with a big attack of pepper, vanilla oak and plum. Reasonable length.
