Wednesday, February 19, 2014 - Drank tonight from a 375. I dig this vintage and this bottling, as it shows the dried peach, green apple, lime and fresh acidity that makes the 2010 Huet Secs so damn good. This wine is aging slowly and will last a long time. I have a handful of 750s left that I will enjoy for the next many years.
