Wonderful intensity, great complexity as this shows an entire bouquet of fruit on the palate, the peaches are less than the nose, the apples are fresh and juicy, Asian pears show, along with star fruit, and even a bit of green melon. There is a lot of going on. Loads of acidity, it's strong and lasts a long time on the palate, turning the finish just a touch tart, knocking out the previous balance. Besides that, this is really good. Should age beautifully, going to sit on my remaining bottles as long as possible.
