Wednesday, November 26, 2014 - No holds barred Rielsing Tasting (The Counts Manor): The nose was beautiful as it pulled you in with ripe pear and rich lemon curd, quince, green grass, spiced pineapple and hints of mineral-slate. It was broad and rich on the palate with stone fruits and minerals, yet a bit one dimensional. Yet on the finish this retrieved its momentum with a lasting impression of peach and lemon, which seemed to saturate all the senses.
