Thursday, April 12, 2018 - I pulled a small amount out with the coravin. Big and hot! Did I mention it was hot! Raisins on the nose and flavor profile. If you told me this was 20% alcohol I would believe you. This comes out and punches you right in the face. This seems like it would need all day to breath and settle down.
