Wednesday, May 19, 2021 - Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined and refrigerated), note from day 2. Appearance: Clear, medium garnet - showing some browning on the rim. Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity, developed aromas of dried cherry, cranberry, pine needles, Asian spice, and forest floor. Palate: Dry, medium acid, medium- tannin, medium+ intensity, flavors of dried cherry, cranberry, and spice with medium+ finish.

Overall a very good Sonoma Pinot drinking well at 11 years of age, perhaps just past peak. Drink now or over the next couple years.
