Tuesday, March 13, 2018 - Rotating Dinner Series: Rivers Marie (The Bristol - Chicago, IL): Tasted in a flight of '09 R-M Cabernet. Nose of plum, herbs, chewy mountain aromas and pencil lead. Luscious and easy drinking with good volume. Tannins resolved. Ageless fruit, and this should hold, but I don't think ti's getting different or better from here.
