Stunning nose of tobacco, cedar and leather wrapped around a black cherry core.Initially I was a bit disappointed with the palate, seeming lacklustre and without body but this changed when tried with food. The fruit came through a lot stronger and the tannins were much better integrated. Perhaps another year or 2 in the cellar wouldn't go amiss.
