Wednesday, May 20, 2015 - Togni never has disappointed us and this was no exception. Leather, tobacco, slight dark chocolate, lengthy, complex, hard to let the glass sit despite a marvelous tomahawk bone in ribeye. Just ready, the 04 should go for another few decades. As important, this is not every good Napa cab and since we had last fall, it's evolved enough to try your first bottle. Note to self- hide the rest until 2016
