Friday, March 27, 2015 - Stupendous bottle, amazing drinkability window. Just barely showing signs of darker gold color. Heady nose of peach, truffle oil, hazelnut oil, sea foam. Ethereal on the palate with swirls of nuanced flavor chiming in -- concentrated fruit, maitake mushroom, coconut, orange blossom oil. Raveneau at its best!
