Sunday, August 6, 2017 - Light gold. On first pop, I thought this slightly advanced, but within minutes a kaleidoscope nose of rich honey, almond, and saline burst from the glass, with nothing but freshness and classic aged Chablis character. Honey and lemon on the palate, with full bodied flavors in a lightweight package, finishing with quinine. Killer focus. An incredible wine from the mixed 2004 vintage. This should continue to drink well for some time.
