Sunday, December 5, 2010 - The 04 Fevre wines are really drinking well, and this was no exception. I really picked up on some stone fruits and minerality in the nose. Lush and rich with a beautiful texture on the palate, but with still enough acidity to keep the wine balanced and a wonderful accompaniment to food.
