Friday, May 8, 2015 - Quality Chop House (Quality Chop House): A little too warm, and the glasses a little too small. Fresh, focused and with good Chablis typicity. A slightly vegetal bite to the saline minerality. Focused and quite precise. Long. Holds up well over several hours. Kore recognisably Chablis than the richer Clos alongside. ****
