Saturday, April 7, 2018 - Watta ya know. After 7 straight bottles of premox tired wines from Fevre, this one is alive and kicking in a lovely way. Sea notes, lemon zest, pineapple, buttery nose. Silky, ripe, full body w/o being too much ... strong mineral finish. Not a classic Chablis but really good Chardonnay.
