Sunday, August 31, 2008 - This is a marvelous Chablis. I loved the fresh nose and the balance of citrus notes, minerality and acidity on the palate. Not only that, it stayed fresh in the bottle after being opened and refrigerated over 4 days of drinking. I am going back and picking up a few more bottles. This wine will evolve over the next few more years.
