Monday, September 9, 2019 - Full yellow with a telltale greenish tint. Real Chablis aromas-dank algal tones and fresh cut lemon. Light to medium weight, again with iodine and bitter citrus followed by excellent minerality to finish. While I've had more than my share of oxidized Moreau bottles, there was no such problem here. In fact, if anything, this freshened with air. Gratifying to have this turn out as well as a tasting 6 years ago predicted.

9/9/2019 9:36:00 PM - I sold some ‘07 and ‘08 out of fear of premox a few years ago. Recently, the same vintages have shown extremely well, and as you stated, freshened up with air. A friend opened ‘12 Chablis AC recently and said wine literally rejuvenated in the glass and was excellent. Vaudesir ‘12 for me tonight.
