9/9/2019 9:36:00 PM - I sold some ‘07 and ‘08 out of fear of premox a few years ago. Recently, the same vintages have shown extremely well, and as you stated, freshened up with air. A friend opened ‘12 Chablis AC recently and said wine literally rejuvenated in the glass and was excellent. Vaudesir ‘12 for me tonight.
