Monday, October 30, 2017 - Intense yellow color. Opens with prominent apple aromas, chalky minerality. Citrus zest on the palate. Round, creamy on the palate, must be aging on lees, strong refreshing acidity.

This is a great example of the rule I apply to Burgundy - the winemaker over the terroir. Sometimes it is hard to believe. This small domain owns tiny parcel of 1er Cru and some village with no GC.
