Thursday, April 2, 2020 - Wow! Fabulous. If it weren't a tad atypically rich for Chablis and a little less racy and mineral than I would like (which I noticed when paired with some delicious, briny oysters) this would score even higher. Drinking à point, I imagine. I really love this.
