Thursday, December 15, 2022 - For me the Bougros Bouguerots from W. Fevre is the very best from this Chablis producer, from multiple experiences. By far eclipsing their Les Clos 2010, tasted recently... this BB showed a great elegance, saline, and complexities within transparency. On the nose very subtle yet undeniable Chablis GC with white flowers, beautiful citrus, yeast, dusty mineral, and on the palate, such pleasant texture mix of the qualities above and slightly saline and powdery mineral beaming under the teeth.
I could drink this more often(!!) and it went splendidly well with Bottarga from Sardegna. Cheers everyone.
