Sunday, November 6, 2022 - Purchased in 2012 and forgotten in cellar until today. Did not expect much from this 10+ year old $15 Cava but was pleasantly surprised. Showing amber in the glass and heavy on tertiary notes - dried fruit and nuts, definitely losing carbonation but still drinkable and pleasant. Old for sure, but aging gracefully.
