Tuesday, March 1, 2011 - Stainless steel, no oak, aged in bottle. Back to the bubblegum fruit profile, a touch Beaujolais-like. Palate is as you'd expect from the nose - fairly strong fruits with slight olive and licorice characteristics. Good.
