Monday, March 27, 2023 - Excellent. Well balanced classic CA cab. Fruit and earth and tannin and acid perfectly integrated over 13 years. Should continue to peak for at least a few more, but no reason to wait. Paired well with NY Strip and Jackson’s fondant potatoes.
