98 Points

Friday, June 30, 2017 - Dinner at Auberge du Pot d'Etain (L'Isle sur Serein - France): Decanted for an hour before serving. Magic! Wild red berries come through, both fresh and macerated with great intensity and sweet baking spice aromas. This was so tough to taste simply because the aromas were so fully engrossing. Red and black berry flavors with consistent spice, great concentration and near-perfect persistence from start-to-finish. So young, and yet near perfect overall.

98.5 points, if Cellar Tracker permitted.
