Tuesday, November 19, 2019 - P&P. Signing out of the bottle. Loving it. Brickish color, showing her age. Floral nose. Balanced, if not a bit in acid side. Gonna need that w the fatty Wagu Japanese beef coming. Delicious smoky herby palate.
