Tuesday, October 27, 2020 - Deep brick red color, has forceful earthiness and plums on the nose and the same plums and blackberries on the palate with tar and iron underneath. Tannins are converted into prodigious sediment now so decanting is recommended unless one stood the bottle up for a couple of days. I think this can go for a while, but it is quite solid now.
