Saturday, October 8, 2011 - (bdays at sean's panorama) Soft genteel nose of cherries and raspberries. Tastes like it smells, revealing further chewy plum characters, ash, smoke and steel, with a base of cocoa powder (reminds me of Rabbit Ranch). Slightly hollow mid-palate, with some savory umami bramble and rather short finish - it worked well enough with the rather unusual beetroot ravioli with bawang goreng and goats cheese!
