Sunday, April 7, 2013 - Amazing nose of charred beef, chocolate, mouthwatering dark berries, and some black pepper. The palate explodes in a kaleidoscope of flavors. Chocolate, cinnamon, game meats, blackberries, raspberries, vanilla were all mentioned on the table someone even said coconut. Ever changing though it did not last long. Smooth, sweet, gorgeous finish. Up there with into the dark for me.
