Saturday, February 1, 2020 - Aging absolutely beautifully - impeccably balanced and developing additional complexity and tertiary flavors. Now with a wonderful caramel note on the finish in addition to herbs, cinnamon, cloves, and wet leaves. Should go out another 5-10 years and look forward to drinking my one last bottle in about that time. Wonderful wine
