Sunday, March 17, 2013 - Decanted for about two hours. Medium-to-full bodied wine with firm tannins and massive matured fruit. Quite distinctive earthiness on the nose. Long finish. I agree with some other reviewers that this wine, at least at its current state, lacks personality.

3/17/2013 8:38:00 AM - This is just a baby still. IMHO, give it another 3+ years to unravel and it will be a knockout. Cabreo's age very slowly and gracefully. My 2001's are now drinking beautifully, and in their early years weren't even as good as this.
