Monday, February 8, 2021 - Deep dark ruby red color. Wonderful nose that got more expressive as it aired in the glass; displaying notes of cedar, toffee, cocoa, mint, blueberries and fig compote. Nice mouthfeel with a long finish. Layers of black peppercorns, ripe figs, cedar, coffee and cassis. Very nice wine that should be consumed over the next 10-12 months.
