Tuesday, December 24, 2019 - Big nose of bright lemon and crushed stone with just a hint of that PYCM reduction. I'm finding more and more 2010s that aren't evolving as anticipated but this is just perfectly balanced with no sign of flab and an absolutely killer cut to the intense mineral-driven palate. A great example of how white Burgundy can produce massive wines without relying on fruit. This is ready to drink today but not yet at its peak.
